The Organizing Committee of the Traditional Festivities of San Jose del Cabo 2022 announced that this March 19 will be held the ceviche contest called ”El Cevichón”.
The event will be held from 2:00 to 6:30 in the afternoon and will be open to the general public, chefs, cooks, students and cooking enthusiasts. The jury will be made up of 6 renowned chefs from the productive sector.
El Cevichón” will have a maximum of 20 teams, each composed of 3 participants, who must comply with all the requirements established in the call for entries.
In case of requiring more information about the inscriptions and further information regarding the contest rules, interested parties are asked to go to the facilities of the General Directorate of Economic Development and Tourism, located in Plaza Arámburo, local 12, in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of San José del Cabo, or call (624)161-51-61 and (624)130-78-98.
