- System of a Down members Serj Tankian and John Dolmayan were in San José del Cabo, Mexico, celebrating the latter’s birthday when they joined a local street band for an impromptu performance of “Aerials.”
During the night of Friday, July 15, a local rock band was surprised when the singer and drummer of the metal band System Of a Down decided to join them to perform their famous song “Aerials”. The video of the performance made the rounds on social networks and fans of the group flooded the post with comments.
The drummer noted on Instagram that he had actually celebrated his 50th birthday, reason why the come to Mexico.
